今回は、ちょっとしたきっかけで冨山塗装さんへ外壁塗装工事をお願いする事になり、初めから終わりまで同じ担当者さんが責任を持って受け持ってくれて、安心してお任せする事が出来ました。
具体的な事例を申しますと
①現地調査結果を後日に画像化&資料として現在の家屋状態を分かりやすく説明してくれた。
②それに基づいた見積りプランを何パターンか提案してくれ、自己希望・予算に見合った発注を行う事が出来ました。
③実際の工事着手に際して、細部の至る所まで気配りされた養生が施してあり、これだけ見ても「この業者さんは信頼できる」
と感じました。
④工事着工後、毎朝顔を合わせる作業さんも皆さん感じが良い方たちで、（出勤してしまうので）作業内容を見る事は出来ませんでしたが、その日の作業内容を日報で進捗状況、翌日の作業予定をこちらに報告してくれたのはビックリした。こういう事が顧客との信頼関係を向上させる証なんだろうなと思った。
もちろん仕上がり具合も、見積りシュミレーションを越える出来栄えで、夫婦とも満足しております。
⑤完工証明書、保証書の書類等もしっかりと詳細が記入された形で受け取れましたので、信頼感があります。

最後になりますが、一番重要視されるのは

補助金の申請は署名のみで、後は石井さんにお願いしました。補助金の確定と連休明けで6日足場工事開始。雨☔️のなかの高圧洗浄をされ、天気☀️を見ながらの作業でした。職人さん皆さん朝夕の挨拶をされ、夕方には日報を頂き、気持ち良かったです。
24日に塗装完了。27日足場撤去。思った通りの外壁塗装の光沢、全ての箇所のシーリングや軒下塗装やベランダ防水や濡れ縁の塗装が完了しました。建物全体が大変綺麗になりました。
石井さんに「後数年経過したなら劣化も進み、今回以上の費用になったかも」と言われ、ホッと一安心です。
先にも記載しましたが、外壁塗装は後回しになりがちです。早く「一安心」するか？　「どうする！」
