【屋根の健康診断、早期発見が大切です】

施工から5年が経過したお客様から「屋根材が落ちてきた」とのご連絡があり、速やかに点検に伺いました。まずはドローンを使用し、屋根全体を徹底的にチェックしました。原因は当時ほんのわずかに入っていたヒビが、年月を経て進行したことによるものでした。

問題が発見された場合、すぐに行動するのが私たちの使命です。今回は高所作業車を使って屋根に上がり、お客様に無償での補修工事を提案しました。また、外壁も再度検査し、剥がれや膨れがないことを確認。非常に良好な状態を保っています。

お客様に安心して住んでいただくために、施工後も私たちの仕事は続きます。これはお隣の施工事例にも当てはまります。「工事後が本当のスタート」、それが私たちのモットーです。

[Roof Health Inspection: Early Detection is Important]

We received a call from a customer five years after the construction, saying that "the roofing material had fallen off," so we promptly went to inspect it. First, we used a drone to thoroughly check the entire roof. The cause was that a small crack present at the time had worsened over the years.

When a problem is found, it is our mission to act immediately. This time, we used an aerial work platform to access the roof and proposed free repair work to the customer. We also re-examined the exterior walls and confirmed that there was no peeling or blistering. The building remains in very good condition.

Our work continues even after construction, so that our customers can live with peace of mind. This also applies to the case study next door. "The real start comes after the construction,"—that is our motto.
