水戸市にて、テナント建物の外壁塗装と雨漏り修繕工事を実施いたしました。長年雨漏りでお悩みのお客様からご相談をいただき、何度も不発に終わっていた雨漏りの原因を探り出し、しっかりと対策を施すことで問題を解消しました。そして、雨漏り修繕の後に外壁を高耐久のつや消しシリコンで美しく仕上げました。外壁の石目調のデザインは、職人の手作業によるもので、既存の意匠を大切にしつつ独自の表情を加えています。この度の施工を通じて、オーナー様から高く評価をいただき、続けて2棟目の工事契約もいただけたことを大変嬉しく思っております。お客様との信頼関係を築き上げ、技術で応えていく。これが私たちの使命です。今後も、お客様の期待を超える施工を目指して邁進してまいります。

【Keeping your valuable building in optimal condition】
In Mito City, we carried out exterior wall painting and leak repair work for a tenant building. We received a consultation from a client who had long been troubled by water leaks, and by thoroughly investigating the previously unresolved causes and implementing solid countermeasures, we were able to resolve the issue. After repairing the leaks, we beautifully finished the exterior walls with a high-durability matte silicone. The stone-textured wall design was achieved by skilled craftsmen, adding a unique expression while carefully preserving the existing design. Through this project, we were highly praised by the owner and are very pleased to have secured a contract for the second building as well.
