The very first repainting of the house since it was newly built has been completed 🏡✨

We carefully performed surface preparation, addressing the moss and dirt accumulated on the roof as well as even the smallest signs of corrosion. This surface preparation is the secret to long-lasting paintwork. ✨

For N's residence, we prioritized durability and used high-spec inorganic coatings on both the exterior walls and the roof. In particular, since the roof is especially susceptible to the effects of UV rays, rain, and wind, we applied extra consideration to heat insulation by performing two coats of white primer and a total of four coatings, including the topcoat. ☀️
